Here’s how it works:
1. You purchase this kit! You can choose if you would like a dog or cat on the cover .
2. We (DOG & CO.) ship it to you to gift to someone else or for yourself.
3. The recipient follows the instructions inside to contact Alexandra Schmeling with their name, address, and pet photo.
4. She creates a pet portrait and ships it directly to the gift recipient at no further charge. Portraits are shipped within two weeks via USPS First Class mail.

PLEASE NOTE: We (DOG & CO.) process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Your portrait package will be mailed within 5 days of Alexandra Schmelling receiving your order via USPS First Class mail.

USPS usually takes 3-5 days to deliver your package once dropped off.
